People have all kinds of ideas about what they will and won’t do but often those personal rules get broken.
The pain people can handle and the pain they cannot
One of the most common complaints I hear from people in pain is that they can’t tell people how they are actually doing
I might be the only person lifting 3 lbs weights that feels like a body builder.
I’ve had some hard knocks in my body and building my way back to strength has been quite challenging at time.

Everybody adapted to survive his/her childhood. It sounds extreme but it’s true. There are no perfect parents and everyone has some degree of relational trauma, even in happy, well-adjusted families.
Stimulating the body to heal, is not the same as the body doing it by itself
People often think that treating naturally means letting the body heal itself. There are situations where the body can heal itself and any form of treatment won’t make much difference.
