One of the beautiful things about a regular meditation practice is that it brings you to the place of listening within. I find the space that exists after I chant to be so potent for hearing guidance. The mantras clear away the mind mess and what's left is more open space where I can feel myself. I can hear my inner voice and tune in on what I'm meant to be doing.

Start where you are. Inner listening is cultivated. It grows over time the more you take time to listen, the more you will hear.

You may think you are crazy at first. Hearing voices isn't socially acceptable. Not to worry, if you are otherwise relatively mentally well, it is all part of the process.
