You are what you eat. Feel what your body needs
The foods you choose have a huge impact on your vitality. If you eat food that is processed, package or industrial, there isn’t much life/chi/prana in it.
When the body revolts, will you hear its cry?
Sadly, most people don’t correlate skin eruptions and mysterious pains with their emotional process, or lack there of. They mistakenly perceive the symptoms in their body as random and unrelated.
The survival mechanism that served us as children inhibits health as adults

Your intuition is a strong muscle
Everybody has the potential to be intuitive. Your intuition is a muscle, like any other. If you exercise it, it will grow stronger.
Re-examine your medicine cabinet
Can you look in your medicine cabinet and break down what’s there into these categories?
The body is a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs
What we experience on the outer realm is a reflection of what is happening within our minds. In the case of injury or disease, it’s most common to contract which makes us feel victimized.
Your symptoms serve a purpose in your body’s master plan
The symptoms that show up in your body represent an underlying imbalance. They express what’s happening on a deeper level.
