When you Surender and Listen
Most of us like to know what’s happening. We may feel reassured by having a plan. We can set goals and chart a general direction for our healing, but we need to leave space to be present to what is actually unfolding.
.
Each time we make a change and take a few steps in a positive direction, the rest of our body/mind will shift to adjust. We want to have a living health plan, one that remains true as we continue to adapt and grow.
.
To access this type of real-time plan, we need to be willing to surrender, trust and listen. If we show up with presence at each stage of the process, the next step will appear.
