You are what you eat. Feel what your body needs

The foods you choose have a huge impact on your vitality. If you eat food that is processed, package or industrial, there isn’t much life/chi/prana in it. Sure, it can fill your stomach but it can’t nourish you.

Food is medicine. The more awareness you put on what goes into your body, the less you will need willpower to eat clean. You will just feel that when you eat fast food, you don’t feel good. Eventually, simply by paying attention, healthier choices become easier.

We have enough things that we pressure ourselves about in life. There’s no sense berating yourself when you don’t eat good food. Just notice, have compassion for yourself and endeavour to remember when you next go to eat, how you want to feel and live.
