Learning to heal can be uplifting and inspiring

When we talk about healing from chronic symptoms, it conjures up images of dark passages and difficult inner work. Yes, there are challenging moments, but my focus is on making healing accessible to you. You can be yourself, connect, laugh, and even have fun doing it.

Ultimately, healing is about letting more of yourself show up. You’ll learn to access the parts of you that have been hurt and separated. When you can accept and love those parts of yourself, you’ll find yourself lighter, freer, and more connected.

I’ve watched healing happen again and again. Some people start off knowing their issues intellectually, but they don’t know how to heal somatically. Others come to me so frustrated and worn out from their previous healing pursuits that they’ve given up believing they’ll ever heal.

No matter where you are, start there. If you’re at the bottom of a deep pit of dis-ease, it’s going to take more time for your body-mind to find balance. You may be surprised though that it doesn’t take that long to develop the faith that you can heal.

When you have instruction in the psychology of dis-ease, coaching in the process of healing, practice with meditation, inner listening, and solid support from someone who is fully present, you’ll begin to believe radical healing is possible for you too.
