Tools for conscious living are excellent preventative medicine
When we live consciously, we are aware of ourselves across many dimensions. We take time to feel and sense how we are doing. How are we reacting to the people we work, live and socialize with?
So much of the material that constitutes stress emerges from interpersonal dynamics. When we spend the time becoming conscious of how we are reacting, how we are moving that reaction, how we are being in ourselves, our perception get broader. We can see what we need to do to take care of ourselves and minimize our stress.
Stress is a huge factor in the development of disease. Take the time to know yourself and see what’s going on, for real – it’s excellent preventative medicine.
