Sometimes my teenage kids get aggravated that my answer to most problems is meditate. When we are in a problem, particularly an intense problem, we likely don't want to meditate but that's when we need it the most.

When something is bothering us, it tends to make our minds spin around. While it's good to consider our options and choices, at a certain point, we can't get clarity through our minds.

The best choices come from a place of inner stillness. When we can intimately feel what is best, then it's most likely to be so. .
