Cilantro & Almond Pesto

1 bunch cilantro, leaves, stems washed & dried1 inch ginger root, chopped
2 cloves garlic,  chopped1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil1 Tbsp olive oil1/3 cup  almond butter2 Tbsp tamari2 tsp maple syrup1/2 lemon, juicedPlace all the ingredients in a food processor and buzz to a smooth paste.Dilute with water if its too thick.Serve as a dip with crackers or as a spread.
