How Can We Find The Faith We Need When We Don’t Have It Yet?

It's quite a conundrum when we know we need faith in ourselves in order to deal but we don't have it.

The compassionate perspective would have us tell ourselves.

"I have as much faith in my potential to heal as I'm able to embody today and I trust that tomorrow I'll have more."

When we falter we remind ourselves that it's okay to lose some faith in our healing but, "Once I've had it, I'll come back."

To create the change, practice being in the vibration that supports your faith in yourself and in your body-mind's capacity to come back to balance.
